Quick Note:
- Standard orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days, including 1–2 business days for processing.
- Delivery timelines exclude weekends, holidays, or unexpected courier delays (e.g., weather, traffic, high shipping volume).
- For orders within the United States, taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. There are no additional charges upon delivery.
- At this time, Glintgemstone ships exclusively within the U.S. We are actively working on expanding to international destinations soon—stay tuned!
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, eligible items may be returned within 30 business days of receipt.
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- Email [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping back your order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- For your protection, please ship via an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and keep proof of shipment. Glintgemstone is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
- Include a note with your name and invoice number inside the package.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final sale unless defective.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation. Refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method (less delivery charges). Please note, Glintgemstone does not currently offer free returns—return shipping costs will be deducted.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process. In most cases, you will need to:
- Return the unwanted item for a refund.
- Place a new order for your preferred piece.
Our customer service team will be happy to guide you through the process.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is defective, please email us at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue before sending it back. Once confirmed, we will reimburse your return delivery charges.
